• Patients with their own GP, if he/she is not available or absent in the event of an emergency. After the treatment, the GP will receive a report for the aftercare.
• Daily visitors or tourists who become acutely ill in Zurich.
• New residents who do not know a doctor in the region. We will support you to find a GP after the treatment.
• For a consultation in the Permanence Marktplatz-Oerlikon, please bring your valid Swiss health insurance card with you. Else ways the invoice is to be settled after the consultation via direct payment or credit cards.
• Behind the regular office hours (evening after 19:00, weekends and public holidays) is our service reserved for patients with acute urgent health suffering. Our medical presence is then reduced to the doctors on duty that day. This extraordinary service is subject to additional remuneration.
